My book listing was removed. | Book listings are only active if you engage with the community by purchasing a book, leaving a review, or sharing your referral code every three months. Check your book's status under "My Books". |
I made a purchase, but I didn’t receive my ebook. | Check your email for the attachment. Make sure your email address is current. If the issue persists, contact the seller or support. |
