By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must indicate your age during the registration process. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and will comply with our policies. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services. 2. Account Registration To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. Listing Your Book You may upload your ebook to our platform and set your price. By listing your book, you grant Read A Writer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your ebook through our services. 4. Content Rating and Explicit Content Books that are marked as "not explicit" but are deemed explicit or inappropriate by our team may be removed or marked as "explicit" at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to accurately categorize your book and comply with our content guidelines. 5. Supporting Others To keep your listing active, you agree to purchase at least one book every three months or leave reviews for other members' books. 6. Reviews and Feedback You may leave reviews for other members' books. Reviews must be respectful, relevant, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our policies. 7. Payments You will receive payments each time a member purchases your book. Payments will be processed according to our payment policies and schedules. 8. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or disrupts the functionality of our services. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or for any other reason. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read A Writer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. 11.
